Titan Comics – the comics brand of Titan Comics – have announced that they will be publishing prosperitycomic series strict First time in English. The comic follows a powerful entity dressed as a Peking Opera actor on a path of revenge, while detectives try to uncover their secrets. Volume 1 will be available on February 25, 2025, retailing for $16.99.
strict (Originally published as Yan Tiehua or ‘Yan Tiehua》) was first released by Taiwanese publisher Dala between 2020 and 2022. It is divided into three volumes with a total of more than 350 pages. The Titans comic version of the series will be 176 pages, so expect it to be around six volumes. It was described by Dara as “Taiwan’s first superhero comic.”

This will be writer and artist Chang Sheng’s second English-language series following his four-volume medieval fantasy Oldman The Legend of EigoManga (published 2022-2023). He has an art/advertising background, lives in Taiwan, and made his comic debut with Stanley 2004 – Immediately won the Best Drama Cartoon Award from the Information Bureau of the Executive Yuan. His works continue to win accolades, and he has won and been shortlisted for the Japan International Manga Awards, and won Taiwan’s prestigious Manga Awards; Manga Awards. His other critically acclaimed series include the sci-fi action saga babyWon two Golden Comic Awards in 2011; and hidden levelWon the 2017 Golden Comic Award.
