Timothy Olyphant (Well-founded, Santa Clarita Food & Drink) has joined the cast Owen WilsonAn untitled golf-themed comedy series on Apple TV+. The series originally aired on Apple in March with 10 episodes. Wilson will star alongside other actors Peter Dyce, Marc Malone, Mariana Trevino, Lily Kayand Judy Greer. Olyphant will guest star.
According to the official synopsis, the series tells the story of Price Cahill (Wilson), “an over-the-top former professional golfer whose career was prematurely derailed 20 years ago.” .
After being laid off from his job at an Indiana sporting goods store and having his wife abandon him, Price bets his money entirely on a troubled 17-year-old golf prodigy (Drager).
Olyphant will play Clark, who is described as “a successful former golf pro who toured with Price.” It sounds like a fun series with a solid cast. Please stay tuned for updates.
