What is Season 2 Wednesday about?
This summer, on Wednesday, Addams is back with a supernatural escape and the mystery of the chill of spine lurking in the weird corridors of Nevermore Academy, where new challenges and surprises are present. In Season 2, Wednesday will find herself juggling family dynamics, friendships and old competition (Taylor is back!) while getting stuck year-round, her signature dark humor and quirky chaos.
With her trademark Deadpan delivery and keen wit, she is also trapped in a shocking new supernatural mystery. “Season 2 will be dark, weird and mysterious,” Goff and Miral revealed. “If we tell you why, Wednesday will kill us. So our lips are sealed.”
“The most exciting thing is being able to revisit her,” producer Ortega of the season told Tudum. “Adams was one of the coolest characters ever, so it was incredible to have the chance to play her and then be able to put on the costumes and tones again. She ran around everyone so much that she had a conversation with her, so playing someone smarter than you and it was fun and fun and fun.”
