The series will tell a story of revenge and is described as “a bold new and spectacular animated vision of Norse mythology.”
The plot synopsis is as follows: “In a mythical world of great battles, great deeds and great despair, the mortal King Leif is saved on the battlefield by his beloved Sigrid, the iron-willed warrior.
“On their wedding night, Sigrid and Leif survive Thor’s horrific wrath, setting them and a group of Crusaders on a ruthless mission of revenge against all odds.

Speaking about the show’s story, Schneider said: “It’s basically this: There’s a king and his queen in a small Viking village, and they want to get married. Something happened at their wedding. , leading Sigrid on a crazy mission of revenge when her future bride is the child of a giant.
