“With any project, I think it’s about, ‘What are we doing, what are the boundaries of what we’re working within, what can I do and what can’t I do?’” the developer responded. “I think with any IP, especially It’s an IP I’ve worked with before, and the question is, ‘What do I want to do this time that I couldn’t do last time?'”
He added: “If these restrictions are indeed restrictive, then it’s not very attractive because who wants to do something that they want to explore but can’t?” Sawyer went on to point out that he thinks ” There are “still plenty of stories” to be told in the Fallout IP, as well as “questions that can be asked of society,” and he said the last word in a very hilarious way.
“But the thing with any IP,” the developer concluded, “is, ‘Do you want to work on this?’, I don’t know, what can we do and what can’t we do?”
