Sophie Turner’s new true-crime series “Joan” is undergoing a rapid change in programming at The CW. Following its US premiere on Wednesday, the show will air on Fridays at 9pm ET starting on October 11, swapping time slots with Inside the NFL.
The six-episode limited series, created by Anna Symon, stars Turner as Joan Hannington, a mother trapped in a violent relationship who, after her husband disappears, Transform yourself into a jewel thief. Joan’s journey is driven by her determination to protect her daughter and build a stable future.
