Ted Lasso: The Complete Series is now available on Blu-ray and DVD (through July 30). The package includes all three seasons of Apple TV’s hit show plus a limited-edition double-sided poster. Amazon is offering a $10 discount on the Blu-ray and DVD box sets, bringing the prices down to $75 and $65 respectively. The show has won critical acclaim for its endearing writing, positive message, and endearing characters (including Jason Sudeikis’s stellar performance in the title role).
The physical release of the series marks the first time you can watch Ted Lasso without an Apple TV+ subscription. Side note: Considering how strong the Apple TV+ lineup has been over the past few years, if you haven’t tried the streaming service yet, you definitely should. You can sign up for a 7-day free trial of Apple TV+ before paying $10/month.
$75 (originally $85)

The Ted Lasso: The Complete Series Blu-ray collection comes with a double-sided replica of the “Believe” poster that hangs above Ted’s office door in the clubhouse. Believing in yourself and those around you is a core component of the show and Ted’s outlook on life. Of course, if you purchase this box set, you should hang the poster above the door in your home and tap it as you walk by.
The set, which contains seven Blu-ray discs with a total of 34 episodes, is $75 at Amazon (regularly $85). Alternatively, you can purchase the series on DVD for $65 (originally $75). Walmart also sells Blu-ray and DVD box sets for the same price.
It sounds like future set prints will not come with double-sided posters. This freebie is considered a limited quantity extra, so if you really want the poster, you may want to order the set ASAP.
The show has jumped to the top of Amazon’s new Blu-ray releases chart, which isn’t surprising considering it’s Ted Lasso.
Ted Lasso follows the eponymous character who is recruited to manage a Premier League football team. His only previous coaching experience was as an American college football coach, and as you can imagine, he was pretty ill-equipped for the job. In addition to Sudeikis’s stellar performance as Ted, Hannah Waddingham is wonderful as AFC Richmond owner Rebecca Welton, while Brett Goldstein excels at capturing the abrasive and perpetually unhappy football star Roy Kent.
The character Ted Lasso became an internet sensation for his radical positivity. Each week during the show’s run, the health coach will provide perspectives rarely seen on popular modern television shows. If you need something positive, whether you’re into football or sports in general, Ted Lasso is definitely worth checking out.
