Super Mario World: Mario & Yoshi is now available. The new LEGO Mario sets launch today (October 1), giving long-time fans a very cool nostalgic display kit. The set contains 1,215 bricks designed to look like pixel art and can be purchased at LEGO stores as well as major retailers like Amazon and Target. The Mario & Yoshi set is only available for pre-order at Target and LEGO stores, so today is the first day you can buy it elsewhere. This set is out of stock at Walmart, so you might want to order it ASAP.

    $130 | 1,215 items

The LEGO “Super Mario World: Mario & Yoshi” model is composed of 1,215 bricks and has multiple moving elements that can reproduce the animations of “Super Mario World”. There’s a dial on the back of Yoshi’s head that extends his dino companion’s tongue, and cranks on the base turn his legs. This set is aimed at adults and experienced builders, as it’s more complex than a regular LEGO set, so kids may need some help putting it together.

LEGO Super Mario World: Mario & Yoshi is one of the few building kits in the series to be shown specifically for adults, the rest being interactive playsets. Other LEGO Mario and Nintendo display kits can be purchased on Amazon via the following links:

At the same time, “The Legend of Zelda” fans can also purchase the first “Legend of Zelda” LEGO kit, a two-in-one large Deku tree scene, for $300 in the LEGO store.
