Why talk about big issues when you can spend your time complaining about late-night hosts? It appears to be the latest tactic from Trump, with the former president going after Jimmy Kimmel earlier this week before turning his attention to Stephen Colbert in an angry Truth Society rant on Wednesday.

“Allow me to remind you, we are less than six weeks away from an election that could mean ultimate power or serious prison time for him,” Colbert said. He took the time to add that I was “very bored.” ” in the clip above, before revealing that he may have angered Trump by calling he Trump was “a little bored” while watching the PBS special.
“He was obviously upset because I called him boring, and I said he was bored because I knew it would upset him, and it did because he was so predictable, which ultimately made him… kind of boring,” Colbert said with a smile.
