One of my favorite parts of customizing Rook Veil Guard Your faction is being chosen, as this determines part of your character’s backstory and informs relationships with your party. Some Dragon Age fans seem to like the familiarity, as the Gray Wardens faction is tied for first place. You played as a Warden in Dragon Age: Origins, so I personally decided not to redo it this time. Instead, I chose the Shadow Dragons, the freedom fighters from Tevinter, who and the Wardens each had an approval rating of 24%. That’s almost half the ratio, so four other factions including Antivan Crows (16%), Veiljumpers (15%), Lords of Fortune (11%), and The Mourners (10%) round out the bottom. I honestly don’t hate the mourners, and I expected it to be even less considering how alienated they are from most of the game. But if you all want to raise the dead, that’s your business.
