The open-world Star Wars adventure is priced at $70 for the Standard Edition, $110 for the Gold Edition, and $130 for the Digital Ultimate Edition. Star Wars Desperados Definitive Edition is a digital-only version of the game that includes all digital content from previous editions, including the base game, season pass, pre-order bonuses, and three days of Early Access starting on August 27.
It also comes with an exclusive digital art book, Rogue Infiltrator Bundle and Sabacc Shark Bundle. Both bundles include the aforementioned Amazon Limited Edition and GameStop Special Edition character and weapon skins, as well as additional skins for the Speeder and Trailblazer Spaceship.
PC players can sign up for Ubisoft+ Premium ($18/month) to gain free access to Star Wars: Desperados Ultimate Edition starting on August 27. You can also pre-order this version on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC through Steam or the Ubisoft online store.
“Star Wars Desperados” is developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. The story takes place between “The Empire Strikes Back” and “Return of the Jedi”. Rather than retelling the events of Galactic Civil War or expanding on the Jedi mythology, the game follows an entirely new character, Kay Weiss, and her droid companion Nyx as they attempt to pull off a massive heist against the galaxy’s criminal syndicate.
