The 2025 Spielwarenmesse ToyCocktail (named Ruby) comes from the Gelbes Haus bar. A competition to decide which cocktails to serve at special events and participating bars in the Spielwarenmesse is held in Nuremberg’s Herrengedeck, the winner of last year’s competition.
The Ruby Cocktail combines wild cranberry syrup, Reserve Port, vanilla liqueur, Fernet and sparkling wine. The drink is also available in non-alcoholic versions with wild cranberry syrup, verjus and Seven Up.
“Every year I am again surprised by the creativity and rich imagination of the participating bars,” said Christian Ulrich, spokesman for the Spielwarenmesse eG executive board. “In the meantime, I’m already looking forward to toasting our new beverage with our guests at the show.”
Ruby will be available from January 28th to February 28th. Ranked first among special events and participating bars including die Rote Bar at the Leonardo Royal Hotel, Gelbes Haus, Herrengedeck, Levi Bar, Public at Scandic Nürnberg Central and TREFF at the Arvena Park Hotel.
