Sonos is still working to clean up the chaos surrounding its new app rollout and help users better understand the fixes it’s working on, and the company has shared a public Trello board detailing the fixes it’s working on .
“All cards here are sourced from various posts and release notes communications (such as future feature updates), including from [CEO Patrick Spence] Directly,” said Reddit user KeithFromSonos, a Sonos employee. “What we’re hearing and the work we’re doing comes from you — the community at large — and our recognition of the opportunity in this space. “
KeithFromSonos said the Trello board is not “an exhaustive list of every item on our internal roadmap” or a view of every known issue, but rather “a live document that updates information as soon as it is made available to users.” . For example, in the section of the board titled “Roadmap,” there are entries for “Full Queue Editing/Management” and “Playlist Editing.” The “Coming Soon” section includes entries like “Search and Browsing Latency Fixes” and “Improved Volume Responsiveness.”
Sonos isn’t the only company launching a public Trello board to let users know what it’s working on. Epic Games has a Trello board for fort night and the Epic Games Store, while EA offers a Trello board apex legend.
