Pioneering fashion designer and American couturier Ann Lowe gets a biopic at Samsung, thanks to Serena Williams and Oscar-winning costume designer Ruth Carter treatment.
Sony TriStar Pictures has acquired promotional rights to the project, titled dressabout Lowe, one of America’s most prolific yet least well-known fashion designers.
