    Romulus is getting a prequel story from Marvel Comics – GeekTyrant

    Marvel Comics Announces They Will Publish Prequel Comics to Upcoming Movies Alien: Romulus. The comic will set up the story for the events that take place in the movie.

    Alien: Romulus The story revolves around a group of young colonists searching for items in a seemingly abandoned space station. However, the space station is far from empty, and the colonists soon find themselves face to face with the most terrifying life forms in the universe.

    One hit Alien: Romulus #1 will explore events that occurred before the movie begins. This will shed light on the backstory behind the film’s main threat before revealing the secret of the film’s legendary antagonist.

    “Alien Romulus #1” was co-produced with dir. Fede Alvarez and screenwriter Rodo Sayaguesco-created the film.

    The author of the prequel comic is Zach Thompson (Absolute Carnage: The Avengers) and the artwork will be produced by Daniel Picciotto of X-Force reputation. The first issue will have a variant cover Bjorn Barends In addition to the main cover Leniel Francis Yu.

    Thompson said in a statement: “The Alien franchise gave me a lifelong love of body horror. Needless to say, I’m delighted to have made a small contribution to the classic.

    “Working with Fede Alvarez on the prequel to Alien: Romulus is a true dream come true and a responsibility I don’t take lightly. The result is an exciting, terrifying story that slowly and slowly develop into something completely unpredictable.

    “Alien: Romulus #1” will be released in comic stores everywhere on October 16, 2024, after its release on August 16, 2024.
