Will the actor play an evil variant of Tony Stark, or will he play “Victor Von Doom,” which is how he was introduced at Comic-Con? It’s weird in my opinion that he’s being cast as a completely new character, but we’ll have to wait and see what they do.
Industry exclusive MTTSH claims to have some inside information about the film, as well as Marvel’s plans for the characters in Avengers: Doomsday.
Explanation: “Doomsday is not truly evil; he believes he is saving the multiverse from invasion. According to his twisted logic, the only way for the multiverse to survive is to unite all universes in one place (the Battleworld) and place it under his under rule.
This is a storyline I can see coming, and at the same time, it’s still very early in the development process, so who knows if it’s true! ?
A sympathetic angle for a villain in a story is something Marvel uses a lot in their movies, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they went down this route again with Doctor Doom.
As for the story, we can’t tell for sure where Marvel and the Russo Brothers are going unless you’re in the room where it takes place.
