Ghost Warriors 2 may not be out yet, and Ridley Scott may be approaching his 90s, but he’s already writing the script for the third installment.
After 24 years, the 2000 historical epic classic “Gladiator” finally has a sequel, with Ridley Scott still at the helm. Considering that the director is 86 years old (he will also turn 87 next month), this is Really impressive. It’s a long wait for a sequel, especially one so directly related, but if Scott has his way, you probably won’t have to wait that long for the third installment. While the third film has yet to be officially announced in any way, in a recent interview with Total Film (the magazine’s final issue, via GamesRadar), Scott stated that he’s currently working on a script for it, even if he hasn’t written it yet So much for the script.

“I already have eight pages,” Scott said. “I’ve got the start of a really good footprint.” There’s obviously not much to go on yet, but the director clearly has an idea of where he’s going, saying: “If there’s a Ghost Warrior 3, I don’t think you’re going to Back to the Arena. But I had to go back to the Arena…” What this means for the upcoming second and hypothetical third film is unclear, but I’m sure you’re all gladiators. Die-hard fans (there must be some of you, right)? ) This would be a tantalizing comment.
Scott also spoke about the legacy of the original Ghostbusters, saying, “The first movie really touched people’s imagination in a way that I didn’t expect. Because when they heard that Ridley was making a There was a lot of snickering about the Roman epic – a sword and spear time – and sandals movie – because up until that point they had always been very, you know, old-school Hollywood, and I knew what to do with that.
“Ghost Warrior 2” will be released in the UK on November 15th and in the US on November 22nd.
