Mars 2120 ($19.99)
This game is… clunky. Very very bulky. Animations look wonky, collision detection isn’t quite right, enemy AI is all over the map, waypoints are really weak, and in a genre filled with great entries, it doesn’t really have much to offer. One has to wonder if there is room for every edge to be roughened metroid vanguard– Inspired gaming on a platform that lets you play the original game six times for just $60 and a Nintendo Switch Online subscription? Well, I’ll leave the answer to that question to you, dear reader.
what i want to say is Mars 2120 It has its moments. The atmosphere is great. I like the mix of ranged and melee combat you can use, although the game never makes much of an effort outside of boss fights. Sometimes it’s like a movie. I really like some of these environments. I will say that I’ve played worse Metroidvania style games. The game runs fine, even if it seems to crash at times. Heck, if you could help yourself not to remember it existed metroid vanguardyou might even have some fun doing it.
Mars 2120 It’s definitely ambitious in many ways, but I hope that ambition extends to its design. Despite all the effort put into production values, the game itself never quite shakes off its dollar store feel metroid vanguard. A little more polish to its fundamentals, and maybe an interesting twist or two could make it something special, but as it stands, I don’t think it can compete at all with the many strong players in the metroidvania genre Competitors contend.

Viking Volga II ($19.99)
I’ll be honest with you: I didn’t think this game would get a sequel, and I’m glad to see it finally does. vulgar It’s an action platformer that’s undeniably tough, but not impossible to learn with practice. It has a level of precision and satisfaction rarely found in games of its type today, and I’m happy to report that this sequel delivers another massive helping of it. I’ll be reviewing this early next week, so stay tuned.
Natsu-Mon: 20th Century Summer Boy ($39.99)
Creator of Kaz Ayabe Mucha Then Crayon Shin-chan Summer Vacation A game from a few years ago is back. And this time, it’s…another game about enjoying a cold summer vacation as a kid in the Japanese countryside. You see, he was pretty good at it, and there weren’t many people doing it, so I said let him do it. In this game, you are the child of a traveling circus ringmaster. You park your car in a country town and you need to enjoy your summer while the adults work. There are all kinds of things to do and see. I’ll be reviewing this soon, but I think a lot of you already know if this is for you.
Dark Witch Saga Episode 2 ($9.99)
Wow, I didn’t expect that to happen. The first game came out on Switch many years ago, but the second and third games still haven’t been heard of yet. For those unfamiliar with the series, this is a slightly Mega Man– Inspired side-scrolling action game gradient-Similar to the power system. It feels very independent in some ways and…I mean, it yes independent. but this is a good thing Mega Man Fans are looking for something to chew on.

That’s all for today, friends. We’ll be back tomorrow as usual Wednesday. That means I’ll probably have to come up with a review to fill in, but I guess we’ll cross that bridge when we get to it. I’m not quite back to one hundred percent yet, but maybe by next week my hospital woes will be over for a month or two. Hope you all had a great Tuesday, and as always, thank you for reading!
