Just what’s in the bag? We’re told that more depravity and gore – as well as a double-page spread on the last page of the regular edition – reveal carnage previously left to the imagination.
While many will tell you that the real horror lies in the imagination, for those who need to see it, this full version will cost you extra, selling for $9.99 instead of the $8.99 for the regular version. Edition provides you with 48 pages of perfectly bound, partially varnished, Prestige formatted chaos.
What is the horror we are about to face?
Preacher tells the story of Bryce Hunter, a devoutly religious man who becomes distraught when he discovers his wife is having an affair with an elder in his church. The world collapsed. This revelation brings Bryce into the clutches of a demonic entity named Uvedus. Rather than reject this possession, Bryce embraces it, eager to learn its “bad” ways, while Uvidus attempts to temper its evil nature. Together, the two must journey across a world threatened by demons, escape Hell, and prepare to remake Earth into their new kingdom.
“Creating a version of RED LABEL was an exciting challenge,” said co-creator and writer Ryan Stegman. “We’ve pushed the boundaries to deliver an experience that will shock and captivate. This version of Preacher gives fans and collectors a different taste of the story, and I can’t wait for them to experience it.
