Yesterday, Marvel Comics announced their latest book in Predator and . Comics with Predator and Spider-Man. Written Benjamin Percy With art Marcelo Ferreiraafter Predator vs Black Panther and Predator vs Wolverine, this trend continues, and, on the other end, the popular book Aliens vs. Avengers, all of which use the 20th Century Fox IP obtained in the series.
Predator vs. Spider-Man is very simple: New York City’s heat waves can lead to tensions throughout the city. A lonely wolf predator has no clan or honor known as “Skinner” in the sewers and subways, a desire for blood as Spider-Man patrols on hot days.
“Spider-Man is the first of every writer’s wish list. I’m excited to get this opportunity to match this beloved cyber soul with the greatest hunter in the galaxy in the wilderness of the city of New York,” Percy said. “It’s so fun to live in Peter Parker’s world – let me have a relationship with MJ, Jonah Jameson and (yes – yes – oh hell yes) Kraven. Marcelo Ferreira captures Spidey’s visual dynamics well, and we’re very interesting in designing anything different to any other predator. This Yautja (we call Skinner) has no code or clan. He’s the perfect nightmare for Parker’s big heart.”
The comic will be a four-question limited series.
