The game has proven popular with those who paid a little extra to get in early. Obviously, this isn’t unexpected, although there are some issues with server stability and length. The game seems to be a hit with those who appreciate the Saber Interactive universe, a group that has historically proven difficult to impress when it comes to incorporating the popular tabletop game into the video game medium.

It’s worth remembering that, at this early stage, the game was already among the most played games on Steam over the weekend, with around 134,000 concurrent players online. Mind you, that’s a pretty crazy number for a paid game, especially when you consider that it’s a sequel to a niche action game from the Xbox 360 era.
