The new Max Out season of Pokemon Go has begun, and the mobile game will kick off this month. Throughout September, Pokemon Go will host a variety of events featuring New Galar Pokemon, including Falinks Raid Day and a new raid battle for giant Dynamax Pokemon.
On top of that, players have a new Spotlight Moment to look forward to this month, as well as a Community Day featuring regular Ponyta and her Galarian variant. Here are all the big things happening in Pokemon Go in September.
Raid schedule
Pokemon Go is refreshing its team rotation again this month. In the coming weeks, players will have another chance to encounter the legendary Pokémon Kyogre, Groudon, and Zashia in five-star raids, while Mega Absol, Mega Houndoom, and Mega Gardevoir will be available throughout 9 Month returns to Mega raid.
On top of that, the game introduces a new type of raid: Max Battles. These co-op challenges will pit players against giant Dynamax Pokemon. The first batch of Max Battles will feature the Kanto-first releases of Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle, as well as the Galarian Pokémon Skwovet and Wooloo.

Pokemon Go’s weekly Spotlight Event returns in September, bringing new featured Pokemon and rewards.
Every Tuesday night from 6 to 7 p.m. local timeplayers will have more chances to encounter specific Pokémon and receive additional rewards, such as extra experience points or stardust for catching or evolving Pokémon. You can check out the full spotlight schedule for September below:

“Pokemon Go” will kick off September with all-out activities September 3-10. Throughout the event, various Galar Pokémon (including Grookey, Scorbunny, Sobble, and Dreepy) will appear in the wild and hatch from eggs, giving you your first chance to add these monsters to your collection.
In addition to wild Pokémon encounters, new event-themed research missions and collection challenges will be available during the event. Completing these missions will net you various rewards, including an extra chance to catch some Galarian Pokémon. There will also be a number of other rewards available throughout the event, including double XP for catching and evolving Pokémon.

Galar’s Dynamax phenomenon is coming to Pokemon Go as part of the Go Big event, which starts with September 10-15.
Throughout the event, players will have the opportunity to participate in Max Battle, a new type of raid for Dynamax Pokemon. The first batch of Max Battle Bosses include Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Swarvet, and Uru. Any Pokemon you capture from these raids will be able to Dynamax when used in other Max Battles.
In addition to raids, Pokemon Go will also launch a new seasonal special research story starting on September 3rd.
Falinx Raid Day


The Galarian Pokémon Falinks are part of the 2019 Special Falinks Raid Day. September 8. From 2 pm to 5 pm local time, Battle Pokémon will appear more frequently in raid battles, and the chance of encountering a shiny Falink in these raid battles will also increase. Best of all, you’ll be able to earn up to five free Raid Passes when you spin the Photo Disc in the gym.


This month’s Community Day is scheduled for September 14 and will also have foal and galarian foal. Both variants will appear in the wild more frequently than usual throughout the event, and upon evolving into Rapid, each variant will be able to learn a unique attack – Wild Charge.
On top of that, you’ll get double Candy and triple Stardust for catching Pokémon during the event, and any Lure Mods and Incense you use will last for three hours instead of the usual duration. After the event ends, there will also be two types of Ponyta participating in the reward four-star raid.

Pokemon Go’s annual Pokemon psychic event “Psychic Show” returns September 18-22. No details have been announced so far, but players can expect a variety of new and returning psychic Pokémon to appear throughout the event.
Orangutan and Pasimian Research Day
Pokemon Go will wrap up this month of spiritual wonders with a special Research Day event featuring two new Pokémon from the Galar region, Oranguru and Passimian. activity occurs September 22nd from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm local time. More details will be announced closer to the event.

Pokemon Go will end September with a new event called “Legendary Heroes.” No further information has been revealed so far, but the event will be September 26th – October 1st.
