Have you ever been forced to take off your clothes and dance in the rain? Ricky Martin claims he wrote a song on Livin La Vida Loca back in 1999. You may not like it, but you’ve almost certainly heard it. It seems the folks at PlayStation have definitely heard the song, as they’ve included the tune in a playlist that appears alongside what looks like the first official trailer for a PS5 Pro design.
All of this is wrapped up in a blog post detailing some of the things the console maker is doing to commemorate its 30th anniversary later this year, a milestone I’m sure will accompany any Anyone who grew up with PS1 will not feel old.

The strange phenomenon emerged shortly after leaker bilbil-kun shared an illustration that they claimed showed what the unannounced video game box would look like, along with some telling details.
The sketch shows a console that looks a lot like the PS5, but has three diagonal ridges running down the middle of its case. If you look at the title image of the Playstation 30th anniversary post, you’ll notice that it includes the iconic shapes that adorn its controller buttons, made from the outlines of Sony hardware and peripherals past and present.
The device sandwiched between the PlayStation logo and the three logos in the 30th appears to be similar to the Pro’s model, just there to relax. Now, as usual, it might be worth waiting for official confirmation, which doesn’t require you to drag images into your editing program of choice or squint at the screen like you’re starring in The Good Guys, Bad Guys. Get ugly before you overhype it.
While you wait to see if the reveal is coming, you should definitely check out Sony’s official PlayStation 30th Anniversary playlist, which is part of the same blog post. According to the console maker, it consists of “fan-favorite songs that have been listened to the most by gamers over the past three decades.” So which iconic tracks filled with PlayStation nostalgia made the list of 100 songs?
Well, there’s the aforementioned “Livin La Vida Loca,” Justin Timberlake’s “SexyBack,” and, uh, Nicki Minaj’s “Anaconda.” But don’t think for a second, there’s something for every taste with sausages like Red Hot Chilli Peppers’ “Dani California,” the Beastie Boys’ “Intergaleatic” and Shakira’s “Hips Don’t Lie.” For the trendiest crowd, PlayStation DJs played songs like Doja Cat’s Paint the Town Red and 21 Savage’s Redrum.
