Petting Zoo has released a new series. Made from eco-friendly materials and sustainable, wearable plush cuddly animals are the focus of new products for children and are available from specialist retailers.
The new collection includes plush backpacks and wallets in patterns including popular animals such as cheetah, highland cattle, salamander and the mysterious Bigfoot. “We wanted to create something that kids would love and parents would appreciate,” said creative director Catherine Pluchino. “With rich textures and a delightful design, these wallets are both cute and functional, making them an easy choice for retailers looking for a great product.”
New ranges include the Earth Keeperz range. Each plush toy features hand-painted eyes and embroidered details, creating a life-like sense of reality. Super soft fabric sourced from recycled water bottles. The plush toy is filled with weighted clay beads. “Earth Keeperz is more than just a toy line, it’s a way to inspire the next generation of Earth stewards,” said JoRoy Lizewski, Vice President of Product Development. “From the life-like eyes to the eco-friendly materials, every detail tells a story of care and connection.”
This year’s collection also includes a new range, the Rescue Sling Collection, inspired by real-world rescue tools. Petting Zoo’s goal is to sell rescue harnesses in zoo and aquarium gift shops.
Petting Zoo also launched 20 new products in the Slapstix series. Slapstix are stuffed animals that serve as wearable slap bracelets. The latest designs include a dinosaur series that includes roaring T-Rex and Velociraptor.
