Paul Walter Hauser has recently been cast out of supporting roles as “That Guy” (even after he broke out in the 2019 film Richard Jewell) is almost ubiquitous in movies and television. He played a fan-favorite character in the show cobra kaiexpressing the embarrassment of Pixar’s current box office failure. Brain Teasers 2Chris Farley has a biopic coming soon and — most importantly for the nerdy fans among us — will play a yet-to-be-revealed role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, due out in 2025 Fantastic Four.
Houser told Variety that while he was preparing for the Marvel project, he somehow also found time to moonlight as a professional wrestler. Unlike some of the biggest names in superhero movies, his process doesn’t involve some kind of grueling physical activity. Instead, he’s been reading comics. Lots of comics.
“For me, pre-production is reading comic books and reading scripts,” he told Insider. “A big part of it is evaluating where I am in the story and how to best use my time in it. You don’t want to make choices or do things that are superfluous in the movie. It’s important to know what the movie is. And what’s everyone’s job so that you can bring your own unique style to something… Whenever I’m in an ensemble, I try to figure out how to be that without distracting from unique or specific”.
It seems that this gig diverted his attention away from his DC Comics roots. “I really haven’t read it Fantastic Four When I was a kid,” he continued to explain. “I’m very Batman-centric. But reading Fantastic Four The comic created a stir. I like it.
Fantastic Four Scheduled to be released on July 25, 2025; this is part of Marvel’s Phase 6. The main quartet will be played by Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Joseph Quinn and Ebon Moss-Bachlak, with Julia Garner as the Silver Surfer and Ralph Ineson as Galactus. “We don’t know who they’re playing yet,” Hauser said, “but Damn it It’s a great cast,” which also includes John Malkovich and Natasha Lyonne.
