The film debuted at No. 2 in its opening weekend. The film sold 198,000 tickets and earned 317,859,004 yen (approximately US$2.19 million). The film will be released regularly in Japan on September 20, and will be screened in IMAX one week in advance on September 13. It opened from the 20th to the 22nd and grossed approximately $3.15 million at the box office.
