Announced during Sunday’s Marvel Women panel, YA writer, Marvel Mutts writer and former Marvel editor Mackenzie Cadenhead Announced that she will be writing a new DOOM ACADEMY on February 19 next year. Featuring artwork drawn by Pascual Ferrythis new six-issue bundle will answer the much-needed question: what will happen to the students of Strange Academy now that Doctor Doom has become the new Sorcerer Supreme.
“It’s really fun to go through old Doom stories and pick out some random characters that existed in that world and find someone or someone’s child who might have attended Doom Academy,” Cadenhead shared. “Because the school didn’t exist, we had to actually play with things. Pascual had a great time coming up with beautiful scenes.
In addition, it was revealed that “DOOM ACADEMY” will also display the artist’s sequence Joao Lemos. Cadenhead went on to explain:
“In this story, Zoe ends up trapped in a strange world that her friends must help her escape from,” “We have another artist depicting this world. Joao Lemos’ take on Eastern European folklore And the study of fairy tales is astounding.

Earlier this week, Marvel Comics announced that ONE WORLD UNDER DOOM would completely change the status quo, the likes of which hasn’t been seen since 2008. Dark Reign. rotated out Blood Hunt Doctor Doom manipulated Doctor Strange into passing the mantle of the Sorcerer Supreme to him, and in “Doomsday,” Doctor Doom used his new powers to take over the world and achieve his ultimate goal. It’s a shocking and game-changing event that will impact Marvel’s entire comic book franchise and see the launch of tie-in series and one-shots that together form an era worthy of comic books’ greatest supervillains!
