The Super Bowl may be over, but that doesn’t mean football fanaticism has to stop. To celebrate Black History Month, Nickelodeon will highlight iconic black football players with a new special NFL Slimtime shows Nickelodeon’s game changer.
A family-friendly show hosted by young Dylan will explore the journey of black quarterbacks in the NFL and discuss how players influence the narrative of games and professional football games. Kids can watch this half-hour special to see personal stories from their favorite athletes, including Patrick Mahomes, Lamar Jackson, Jalen Hurts, Jayden Daniels, Doug Williams and Randall Cunningham.
Nickelodeon will premiere before playing football special Tyler Perry’s Young Dylan. Dylan overcomes Tuskegee Airmen’s inspiration to overcome his fear of flying, and the plot of “Red Tail” follows him. Kids can watch the episode’s big premiere at 7:30 pm on February 26
Add to the fun of football, the last episode that families can experience NFL Slimtime Season 4, at 7:30 pm on February 12, will also be streaming the NFL series finale on Paramount+ the next day, along with a review of Super Bowl Lix.
