Netflix releases new trailer bridgeton Season four revealed the series’ next protagonist. The trailer focuses on Luke ThompsonThe character Benedict Bridgerton, who we saw at the end of season three, became a main character in season four in the final episodes.
The final episode of Season 3 Part 2 did tease that fateful masquerade party, which is Offers for gentlementhe third novel, tells the love story of Benedick and Sophie.
So now all attention turns to Thompson and his love interest on the next season of the show.
In Season 3 Part 2, Penelope and Colin finally get their happy ending at the last minute. After Colin, the couple spent most of the last two episodes on the outs (Luke Newton) discovered Penelope’s (Nicola Coughlan) The lingering secret is that she is Lady Whistledown.
When Pen goes to her printer to pull out an urgent Whistledown brochure – closing Cressida’s (Jessica Madsen) claimed she was a “ton” of notorious gossip columnist – and Colin stalked her. When he sees her leave, it finally dawns on him – a web of deceit woven by his fiancée.
The reveal blew up their bubble of happiness as the “will” and “won’t they” couple ended up getting engaged at the end of part one. Although they were still married, Colin felt betrayed by Pan and spent the first few nights after the wedding sleeping on the couch, leaving his family with questions.
