Kadokawa Announcing the addition of three new actors to the original fishing animation Passive Angler (NegaPoji Angler) Tuesday.
The newly announced cast is:
Tsuchiya Ryo Plays Kozue Nishimori, a part-time worker at Every Mart and a beginner in fishing

Hiroshi Tsuchida Playing the role of Machida, the store manager of Every Mart, who suffers from headaches every day

Masashi Sugawara Toshiro is a clerk at Every Mart and has a deep understanding of fishing.

Animation stars:
The animated story centers on Tsunehiro Sasaki, a debt-ridden college student who is told by his doctor that he only has two years left to live. Chang Hong spent the rest of his life in melancholy. One day, he was chased by a debt collector and fell into the sea. He is rescued by Hua, a girl who likes fishing, and her fishing friends including Gao Ming.
Hua encouraged Changhong to try fishing for the first time in his life, and he began to develop friendships with other fishing enthusiasts. When Chang Guang starts working at the convenience store where Hua and Gao Ming work, things start to click for him and he slowly becomes obsessed with fishing.
Uemura Yutaka (The Legend of Evil Tanya, FLCL alternatives series and movies) is directing animation nut. Tomohiro Suzuki (one punch man, Freeze: Beyond the Journey’s End) is overseeing and writing the series script. Hiromi Taniguchi (2024 Ranma ½) is responsible for character design and is also the chief animation director.
