    “The Sandman”/”The Sandman, Part 2” – “NCIS: Origins” tells the story of young Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Austin Stowell) in 1991 The story, which precedes the events of NCIS by several years, is narrated by Mark Harmon. On the show, Gibbs begins his career as a newly minted agent in NCIS’s Camp Pendleton office, working under the guidance of NCIS legend Mike Franks (Kyle Schmei). As he establishes his place among a gritty team led by David De, he stars in the premiere of NCIS: ORIGINS, Monday, October 14 (9:00-11:00 p.m. ET/PT). 00) airs on the CBS Television Network and streams on Paramount+ (live and on-demand with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on-demand with Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs)*. The series also stars Mariel Molino as Special Agent Lala Dominguez and Tyla Abercrumbie as Field Operations Support Officer Mary Jo. Mary Jo Sullivan and Diany Rodriguez as Agent Vera Strickland.
