Next month, Moose Toys will be on display at Gen Con for the first time. The company will launch a number of games, including new strategy game Wild Flowers, adult party game Crash the Party and family game Pickleball Blast.
Designed for children ages 8 and up, Wildflowers requires players to create a wildflower community garden using plant tiles, then place a bumblebee on the finished flower. Players can win the strategy game by placing all five bees on the flower. Gen Con attendees can interact with the game at the convention.
In Crash the Party, players 17 years and older are invited to participate in the event. All players except one player (who is considered a party crasher) must use the decoder to learn what type of event they will be participating in, including New Year’s Eve parties, mud wrestling, and more. Party crashers receive different invitations, but without knowing they are a crasher, everyone has to figure out what to bring, wear, etc. to the party. Moose Toys will also showcase Pickleball Blast, a pickleball-inspired family game in which players toss pickle slices across a court.
“In just a few short years, the Moose Games division has accomplished so much and delivered on our promise to bring a radically different approach to the gaming category,” said David Norman, president of Moose Games. “At the largest tabletop tabletop in North America Exhibiting at Gen Con is proof that we’re becoming a major ‘gamer’ and you can see it in our wide range of products, including board games, card games and a range of high-quality and engaging educational games. The lineup shown here represents the direction we’re heading, with more on the way.
Attendees can find Moose Toys in booth #371 from August 1st to 4th.
