Oxalis Games has confirmed that their life simulation RPG Moonfrost will enter early access in spring 2025.
The game will be used on PCs on Windows and Mac, and players will no longer need Alpha code to participate. The announcement is in line with the decision to cancel Alpha version 6 (AR6), but instead opt to extend the availability of Alpha version 5 (AR5) to allow players to spend more time using the current version.
This change reflects feedback from the community, and players will be able to continue exploring AR5 through February 2025 before the public early access is released. The transition also includes updates to existing Alpha builds, which will introduce new features such as fishing and other mechanic improvements.
