Toy and entertainment company MGA Entertainment has completed its merger with doll maker Zapf Creation AG. The merger was first mentioned in October last year and resulted in the creation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary, MGA Zapf Creation GmbH. Thomas Eichhorn will continue as President of MGA Zapf Creation GmbH.
Following the merger, the two companies aim to integrate their businesses and unify their approaches with retail partners. No significant organizational or operational changes are expected in Germany.
