The Los Angeles wildfires were an unimaginable tragedy that will impact lives and businesses for many years to come.
Friends in the toy industry have lost everything, while many of the nearly 180,000 residents remain displaced.
Nearly 15,000 first responders continue to battle fires as another night approaches across the region, with stronger winds on the horizon and what officials are calling another period of “extreme fire danger.”
Out of respect for those affected by the fires, The Toy Book is “pausing” its planned announcement of the winners of the inaugural Game Pulse Awards on Wednesday. As of press time, the announcement has been extended to at least January 22, 2025.
In the meantime, we encourage all our friends and partners to explore how the industry can support relief efforts in the Los Angeles area.
