The blue of the earth is the blue of the sea, reflecting only the blue light of the sun. There is a meteor shower of human tears hidden in that light, a lonely blue.

About the song “Katsute, Chikyuu wa Shirokatta”
This song is the perfect ending to the “Sekai ga Utsukushii Kara Dayo” trilogy. Like the night sky, a new landscape unfolds with each listen.
When I first received the demo, I was surprised that it sounded fresher and purer than I imagined. Maybe this is the end of the world.
I sang as if I was witnessing the end of the world in the distance. There are countless delicate expressions and subtle atmospheres hidden in the singing. Be sure to listen while gazing at the blue sky.

Introduction to Yuka Nagase
datsuryoku-kei artist who works across 2D (digital) and 3D (physical) platforms.
She is both a virtual artist using 3D CGI and illustration, and a real-life artist, adapting her expression and performance form to the medium.
In August 2023, she held her first solo live performance “Eureka” at Ebisu LIQUIDROOM. Tickets were sold out in advance, and live performances incorporating a 3D appearance became a hot topic in the industry.
In September 2023, she released her first collaborative song “Mujakina Kimochi”. The song, a special collaboration to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Tirol Choco’s popular product “Kinako Mochi,” has been played more than 1 million times on TikTok. Also in September 2023, she released a mini-album titled Launchvox. The album features contributions from emerging artists such as Pasocom Music Club, Mekakushe, Mao Sasakawa, Iyowa and Amane Uyama, and has earned recognition beyond the virtual artist community.

I imagined the scale of this song being so grand that two people thrown into the atmosphere could dye the earth blue with their feelings. At the same time, I am committed to creating a warm sound that is close to daily life and within reach.
For the chorus accompaniment, I combined an electric piano Wurlitzer with a jazz piano to create a sound that felt like two people playing back to back.
When I arranged this piece, I imagined a beautiful and heartwarming apocalyptic scene where they sang together with tender smiles.

While serving as the guitarist and vocalist of the dual-vocal band Scenarioart, he is also engaged in music production, arrangement and artist production. Notable works include projects with former Negoto’s Sachiko Aoyama.

I was lucky enough to work on the music video and cover illustration for this song. To prepare for this, I reread the dream diary I wrote a few years ago, but most of the events seemed to be stories written by others because I had no memory of them.
Dreams feel as real as reality, and even if strange things happen, you accept them as part of that world without any discomfort. However, the moment you wake up, the details become blurry and you discover that it was all just a dream.
For this project, I created an illustration about a special place where there were just the two of them, where reality and dream memories merged together, like writing a dream diary. I hope you all enjoy this beautiful song that is as gentle as a lullaby and embraces loneliness, as well as the protagonist’s dream diary.
