McDonald’s The Chicken Big Mac has been a beloved menu item around the world for several years. And, later this month, the Big Chicken Sandwich will finally be available in the United States.
The original Big Mac was launched in the late 1960s and quickly became one of the burger chain’s most popular products. Over the years, McDonald’s has introduced variations of the Big Macincluding a version that uses two fried chicken patties instead of two beef patties. Chicken Big Macs are already popping up in countries including Egypt, Canada and Pakistan. The Big Mac variant has been so well-received that some super McDonald’s fans (yes, they exist) have long wanted a chicken Big Mac to be released in the United States. Finally, their weirdly specific fast food desires were fulfilled.
On October 3, after some teasing, McDonald’s announces chicken Big Mac Starting October 10, you can order a Chicken Big Mac and Sprite at participating locations in Kentucky, New York, Florida, or anywhere else in the United States. Our long national nightmare is over.
To help announce this new (at least to us) menu item, McDonald’s has partnered and Popular Twitch streamer Kai Cenat. According to a press release, the star will eat the new Chicken Big Mac during the live broadcast with his friends, who will all share their “unfiltered reactions” to the sandwich while also pondering a profound thought. Question: “Is a Chicken Big Mac a Big Mac?” ? This sounds… like something I would never watch!
Remember, the Chicken Big Mac is only available in the United States for a limited time. So if you really want to give it a try, don’t wait too long until it shows up at your local McDonald’s next week.
