Kylian Mbappe, Rodri, Erling Haaland and Aitana Bonmati share the title of EA Sports FC 25 highest rated player.
New cover stars Jude Bellingham, Winnie the Pooh and Sophia Smith also received major upgrades.
Many of these players have been at the top of the game for a while, but there are some tweaks and surprises. We now have a tie for the top four of the best goalkeepers in the world, with Thibaut Courtois’ demotion bringing him level with Alisson, Ter Stegen and Donnarumma.

Since they do not appear in the list below, we can also deduce the relegation of some big-name players – many of whom play in the Saudi Professional League – such as Karim Benzema, Neymar, Robert Lewandoffs Key and Casemiro (so EA must have been watching Liverpool games).
On the women’s side, Kadidiatou Diani appears to have been downgraded from FC 24, while recently retired Alex Morgan is also missing from the roster.
