Marvel’s Escaper returns in Doom Pairing Miniseries “New World”

Back in 2017, Marvel launched a new one The Escaper Writer’s comic series Rainbow Rowell and artists Chris Duck Adapted in combination with Hulu TV. The escaped teen hero character has maintained a dedicated fan base since his debut twenty years ago. Although there have been some sporadic headlines for their own comics titles over the years, these characters have been on the rise in the Marvel Universe. This week, the publisher announced a new Escape Five Season Mini Series, part of a world in Doom. Arriving in June this year, writer Rainbow Rowell returns, will be joined by artist Elena Casagrande.

The series will join the team with new members, especially the reprogrammed DOOMBOT, which himself puts the team in the crosshairs of Emperor Doom.

Here is how the publisher describes the mini series:

Marvel’s best and worst people find that the family has lived a better life. Nico Minoru loses her girlfriend, best friend and magic. With Karolina, Chase and Alex all the effects, Gert tries his best to get the remaining escapees to work from the autopilot. But when Doctor Doom tries to take back one of his own, Doombot! – It’s time to start running…

For Rowell, returning to the role was a dream, he said:

“Everyone who knows me knows I’m going to attend any party on the runaway,” Rowell shared. “They are my historical favorites and my truest love. I can’t wait for the fans of the runaway to see Elena Casagrande’s view of the kids – they look cool – and see Stephanie Hans’ eternal cover. I think we came up with a really interesting way to weave the runaway to A world under misfortunerobot Story, while being loyal to the independent spirit of this book. ”

Artist Elena Casagrande, known for winning Eisner’s job Black Widowvery excited about working on this project:

“This is my first book and I’m very happy to look at these specific characters,” Casar Grande said. “I hope to be loyal to Runaways Aesthetic and use the right emotions to achieve its unique storytelling. I know the escapees from Stefano Caselli to friends of Sara Pichelli, and I love seeing the team evolve. I’m happy to bring the fun and joy of the runaways to their fans!”

The first issue will be made by the artist’s main cover Stephanie Hansand variant cover Peach Type and Ejikureand the cover of Casagrande’s wraparound variant.
