Marvel Studios Eternals The film was not very popular with the studio and was considered a critical and commercial failure. When it came out, it became one of the worst-reviewed Marvel Cinematic Universe movies.
Then there’s Marvel’s Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantummania Along with that, it ended up having the lowest Rotten Tomatoes score of any Marvel movie.
Marvel Studios Finds Fans Are Not Demanding Eternals Studio head Kevin Feige confirms there are no plans for sequel Eternals 2.
In an interview with Inverse, he said: “There are no immediate plans for Eternals 2. I think you may have seen a nod to some of these events in the trailer we recently released. Certain major events from the ocean came out.
I’m sure we’ll see some of the Eternals characters again at some point in the future, but most likely not in a sequel.
The Eternals could and should have been a better movie. This thing should be epic on every level and tell an incredibly powerful story with strong characters, but not once do any of these characters feel like they have thousands of years of accumulated knowledge Eternal existence.
This is just one of the many things that didn’t work for me about this movie. When talking about the response to the movie before, Kumail Nanjiani explain:
“I know that’s not me. I think there’s a lot in it. I love that movie and I’m very proud of that movie. I’ve seen that movie many times because it’s my kind of movie, There’s also a lot of stuff I don’t watch.
“It was really, really difficult because Marvel thought the movie was going to get really, really good reviews, so they lifted the embargo early and put it in some amazing film festivals, and they sent us on one A massive world tour to promote the film.
“The reviews were terrible, I know that all too well. I read every review and checked too many. I think there’s some weird soup in the atmosphere and that’s why this movie got so slammed, I don’t think there’s a lot of it. It has to do with the actual quality of the movie.
“It was really hard and at the time I thought it wasn’t fair to me, it wasn’t fair to Emily and I couldn’t approach my job this way anymore. Something had to change so I started counseling and I’m still with My therapist talks about this.
Eternals It’s about a group of immortal beings with superhuman powers who have secretly lived on Earth for thousands of years, but they were instructed to only intervene when evil deviants were involved, which is why they didn’t help stop Thanos or any other horrific being.
