
Surprisingly, Bloomsbury and Marvel Comics era The series focuses on Marvel Comics for over 85 years. These books provide a unique and accessible entry point for the wider Marvel classic by blending personal narratives with a retrospective of the history of the comics. Written by a range of experts, including writers, journalists and popular culture critics, Comics era Plans are an overview of the overall Marvel Comics history and are as carefully designed as the popular Bloomsbury’s 33 1/3 series of books. Each theme ranges from deep dives to a bizarre comic storyline, famous running and works made by creators who have made noteworthy contributions to Marvel stories.
The stories will also showcase the origins and evolution of certain characters, social and progressive themes, and the historical moments reflected in Marvel Comics. This will also be done in the main narrative non-fiction prose and will come to life using selected artworks from the comics and copied materials from Marvel digital archives. The books will be provided in paperback, hardback and audio to serve different areas of the market.
