Martin Shkreli must hand over his copy of Wu-Tang Clan album

…The court issued a preliminary injunction against defendant Shkreli: (1) prohibiting him from possessing, using, disseminating or selling any interest in the album, including its data and files, or in any way causing further damage to the plaintiff, respecting that through such conduct album; (2) order him to provide copies of the album which he has retained and a list and account of the persons to whom he has distributed data and documents, and any consequent income; (3) order him to provide the contents of the album in the possession or control of the defendant All recordings were turned over to his lawyers. A written order that must be obeyed. Additionally, the following deadlines are set forth: (1) Not later than August 30, 2024, under penalty of perjury, the defendant shall file (A) defendant’s affidavit that he has surrendered copies of all documents of any kind. the album or its contents to defense counsel and no longer possess any copies of the album or its contents in any form, and (B) a letter confirming defense counsel’s possession of said copies and contents; (2) by September 30, 2024 , defendant submitted an accounting in the form of an affidavit noting (A) all known copies (in any form) of the album or its contents, (B) whether those copies were distributed, and if so, the time of distribution, the objects and manner of distribution, and (C) the amount, source, date and nature of any proceeds, income, profits or other economic benefits that Defendant derives from the distribution or broadcast of the album or its contents.
