If there was a problem with this year’s Los Angeles Fall Toy Preview, it might have been navigating the tour.
Organic Moves to Los Angeles finds nearly 300 companies exhibiting at multiple locations throughout the greater Los Angeles area, including the growing El Segundo Toy District. To help visitors make sense of it all, a new website, toypreviews.la, is spearheaded by Spider International’s Jonathan Busher, the Los Angeles-based promoter of United Global Toy and Play Industry.

This live directory contains useful information about companies exhibiting at the Grand, OPEN/Spaces at OPEN, Regus and other locations in the area in 1960. It complements the company’s digital catalog on display at the Toy Association’s space across from Los Angeles International Airport in El Segundo.
The Toy Association also offers a Los Angeles Fall Preview app, which is built on a platform that should be familiar to anyone who has used the official Toy Fair app in the past. The digital catalog, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play, includes tenant search, scheduling options and details for Toy Association Market Week, September 9-13, 2024. Rooms are open throughout September.
Finally, for traditional simulation methods, toy book‘s 2024 Los Angeles Fall Toy Preview issue includes a printed catalog highlighting permanent, semi-permanent and temporary showrooms throughout the region. You can pick up a copy of the new issue starting September 9th in the 1960 Lounge at the Grand and OPEN and in the Toy Guild space.
Members of The Toy Book team, including Vice President and Group Publisher Jackie Breyer, Editor-in-Chief James Zahn, and Executive Director of Sales and Marketing James “JD” Devin, will be in Los Angeles from September 9th to 13th.
