Here’s the synopsis: “Lindsay Lohan finds herself stuck in the very getaway she was hoping to avoid: a week with ex-boyfriend Logan (Ian Harding).
“When this bickering duo discover an unfortunate dilemma forces them to spend Christmas together, they must learn to get along with each other.
“So what’s this little secret? This movie is about a girl who’s dating someone, and she goes to meet his family for the holidays… and then she meets her ex, who’s dating her boyfriend. Friend’s sister is dating. [hell] broke free.
The director of this film is Stephen Herekwho directed a slew of our favorite films, including bill and ted’s bizarre adventure, Don’t tell mom the nanny is dead, mighty duck, Mr Holland’s work, 101 Dalmatians,etc. The script is written by Hayley Deminisis.
This actually looks a lot better than the typical holiday movie that usually resembles a Hallmark movie. They always have the same recipe and are too cheesy to enjoy.
This one had a lot of funny moments and a solid story that I could relate to. I’ve loved this director’s movies my entire life, and I also love Lindsay Lohan. Her comedic timing is great.
So I’m looking forward to seeing this when wrapping gifts this year. Check out the trailer below and watch our little secret It airs on Netflix on November 27th.
