Neowiz has announced that Lies of P — a game that seemingly every other gaming publication has given good reviews to — has been enhanced on PS5 Pro. Of course, you can’t see it yet because the console isn’t out yet. But once it does, you can expect to experience the polished shine of (mostly) beloved soul-like wood.
The announcement was made live on Twitter via the official Lies of P account, which succinctly announced the upcoming PS5 Pro Enhanced Edition with a rather cool-looking image of the P. This is certainly good news for those who can afford to buy a fancy new PS5 and carve out a place in their hearts for the game.

I myself never got around to playing P’s Lies! Sharif didn’t dig it when he reviewed it, but that’s okay. Different people have different playing styles. We even had other writers pointing out really good parts of the game! It’s safe to say that a lot of people absolutely love it. Personally, I think it would be a good thing for more games like Souls to attract audiences.
It’s good to have more developers competing in the same genre, and in fact we’ve seen the Souls-like genre in particular benefit from attempts from companies other than FromSoftware. Have you played Riptide 2? I love this game and its unique twists and turns that set it apart from similar games. If you don’t like one of them, there are others. If you like them all, you’re a real winner.
Of course, it’s worth noting that many people are still skeptical about the price when it comes to the PS5 Pro. Unless, of course, it’s the PlayStation 25th Anniversary Edition, in which case it’ll sell out in minutes. If your bank account doesn’t take such a big hit, then you’ll at least know that Lies of P is waiting for you. They said PS5 has no games…
