Want to see a crossover between “Naruto” and “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles”? You’re in luck because it’s happening!
If there’s one thing I know about Naruto and the Ninja Turtles, it’s that they are both ninjas. I mean, it’s kind of like what they’re all about, Naruto wants to be the best, and the Turtles…just want to be ninjas, I guess! So it feels like a crossover was always destined to happen, but somehow it hasn’t happened until now. Well, comics publishers IDW and Viz Media have teamed up to announce this week that five ninjas will be coming together as part of a four-issue series drawn by Hendry Prasetya (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers) and colored by Raúl Angulo (NYX) Written by Ed Dukes (“The Jungle”) and written by Caleb Gollner (“Sonic the Hedgehog”). Prasetya co-designed the first issue’s cover art with Jorge Jiménez (Batman).

Here’s the official description for the first issue: It’s the coolest ninja showdown you’ve ever dreamed of, if you dare! The Half-Shell Hero meets the owner of the Nine-Tailed Fox in the combo everyone is talking about.
