Entertainment IP infrastructure KOR Protocol has launched KOR Player, a new platform designed to simplify the integration of licensed music and intellectual property (IP) into the digital ecosystem through its dynamic AI music engine.
The platform addresses the growing need for effective copyright management in digital spaces such as video games, live streaming, esports broadcasts and more. By providing dynamic licensing and royalty tracking tools, KOR Player strives to provide a clear framework for managing and distributing IP-based assets.
Animoca Brands and its subsidiary Pixelynx (co-founded by industry figures including Joel Zimmerman (also known as deadmau5), Richie Hawtin (Plastikman), Inder Phull, Ben Turner and Dean Wilson) are among the first partners to support KOR Player.

What is KOR player?
KOR Player is a platform designed to help developers integrate licensed music and IP-based assets into their digital projects.
The platform comes with a range of features that allow users and developers to play, create and remix music. It integrates a variety of tools, including the IP Vault, where artists can securely upload tracks, and the KOR AI Engine, which provides developers with a growing library of sounds as well as generative AI capabilities. All content is authenticated through the KOR protocol, which also facilitates on-chain royalty payments through its native IP tokens.
KOR Player will be available as a software development kit (SDK), allowing developers to easily integrate music and IP-based content into their projects to launch music-driven digital experiences.
Interested developers can request early access and technical documentation of KOR Player by filling out the registration form.

Partnerships and global reach
KOR Protocol has entered into key partnerships to expand the reach and capabilities of KOR Player.
KOR Protocol, which has more than 550,000 user registrations across various programs such as KORUS and Black Mirror Experience, has partnered with companies such as KDDI to integrate KOR Player with the “Cloud αU” service to enable the distribution of AI-generated music in augmented reality (AR) and Metaverse experiences, covering a potential audience of more than 65 million users.
Additional partners, including Darewise Entertainment, OPAL Protocol and Motorverse, will further expand the platform’s reach, allowing developers to build more immersive and creative experiences without the typical limitations of IP management.
“KOR Player aims to change the way developers access and integrate licensed songs and generative AI music into their platforms,” said Inder Phull, creator of KOR Protocol. “Our previously announced partnerships with KDDI and Motorverse are just A start. KOR Player provides a seamless solution that handles consumption, rights management and automated royalty distribution, allowing developers to focus on creating immersive experiences without worrying about licensing complexities. This partnership secures music IP usage. Transparency and fairness benefit both developers and artists.
