Kodansha made a splash this year by landing at AnimeNYC, announcing Shangri-La border comic creator Catalina and Fuji Ryosuke make their anime new york debuted at this year’s event. Fans of video game action comics will have multiple opportunities to watch the crispy and Kodanshathere are also special signing events!

Want to make unforgettable memories at New York Comic Con? Come to Shangri-La Qianyuan Book Signing Party and meet the creators one-on-one! Introduction to Kodansha Shangri-La border:
Rakuro Ichiru, a second-year high school student, loves nothing more than finding so-called “junk games” and beating them to pieces. When he decided to change things up by playing a new “god-level” VR game, Shangri-La Frontier (aka SLF), he did what he does best: min-max, skipped the prologue, and got straight to the action. ! Rakuro may be a seasoned gamer, but an encounter with an old rival will forever change the fate of every SLF player.
Rakuro (player name: Sunraku) entered the world of SLF wearing only shorts and a bird mask. Everything goes well at first, as he takes down a goblin, a rabbit, and even a python. But then Sunraku encounters a huge, vicious wolf known as “Lykagon the Night Slayer”. Are Sunraku’s years of “junk gaming” experience enough, or did he get a rude awakening just hours into his SLF adventure?
