official website Kitaro Tanjo: Three Brothers (The Birth of Kitaro: The Mystery of Princess) animated film announced on Friday that the film will be re-screened in Japanese theaters starting October 4. Kitaro Tanjo: Three Brothers Rising Star Class (Real birth version). The new version will feature some 327 reshoots, as well as some re-dubbed lines. The new version is rated R15+.
The film’s original screening rating was PG12.

Tsuyoshi Koga (Kitaro: Japan explodes!!, Sabo One Piece Episode 1) directed this film as toei animationand Yoshino Hiroyuki (Macross Frontier, world triggera total of 13 episodes in 2018 Kitaro) wrote the script. Nobuko Yatabe (2018 KitaroDirector of the third ending sequence unit, Neon Genesis Evangelion: 3.0+1.0: three times Assistant Director) designed the characters.
The film is part of four “big projects” commemorating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China Mizuki ShigeruThe birth of. Mizuki died in 2015 at the age of 93. Another project is Evil Kumakun Premiere animation Netflix November 2023.
