Today, during a presentation at Evo 2024, SNK announced two new characters for its fighting game – one currently available and one set to launch early next year. Justice-seeking SWAT officer Kevin Rian has joined the roster of Hungry Wolf: City of Wolves, while twin femme fatales Vice and Mature will be joining The King of Fighters XV later this year.
Kevin joined City of Wolves from his last game, Werewolf: Mark of the Wolf. His trailer shows off his powerful moves, including crawling along the ground, the ability to get up and kick, and some explosive punches.

Meanwhile, Vice and Mature are the butlers to Rugal Bernstein, the longtime villain in The King of Fighters . The trailer shown at Evo didn’t show any footage of the duo, but it did confirm that both will be added to KoF XV in December 2024.
Both announcements were made at Evo 2024, the largest competitive gaming event in history with over 10,000 unique entrants across 8 different games. Tournaments for Street Fighter 6, Tekken 8 and Guilty Gear topped the registration list, while returning retro fighting game Street Fighter III: Third Strike ranked fourth.
The King of Fighters XV is available now on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC. “Hungry Wolf: City of Wolves” will be launched in early 2025 and will also be available for the above platforms.
